Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions bill in advance and are cancelable anytime. We may refund at our discretion for duplicate charges or material service issues within the current billing cycle. Paddle processes all payments and refunds on our behalf.

To request a refund, email support@calldesk.app from your account email with your order details.
